Winner of many prestigious awards, Walter Schluep has had a substantial influence on art and culture in Montreal as an avant-garde artist and sculptor. He is recognized worldwide for his impact on the Modernist and Modern Art movement. Walter Schluep worked alongside some notable jewelers and artists such as Gabriel Lucas, George Delrue, and Hans Gehrig while exhibiting extensively.
