Vintage solid 18k yellow gold The Miraculous Medal (Médaille miraculeuse) sometimes referred to as the Medal of Our Lady of Graces. This devotional medal is rich in symbolism. Dated 1830.

Front side features: Mother with open arms with rays from her hands symbolizing graces. She stands on a crushed serpent to declare that Satan and his followers are helpless before her. 

Reverse side features:  'Aimée Henriette Bérenger 21 7bre 1882'
