Antique Mother of pearl and seed pearl 18k white gold and platinum button set with metal rings to affix. Button set comes in its original fitted leather and gold tooled box. 

At the time that these were popular buttons had to be removed from the clothing when washed as there were no spin dryers and the clothes had to be put through a roller, which would have essentially crushed the button.
