A laurel garland of near-colorless sparkling white diamonds wraps around the perimeter of the oval piece showcasing the three center diamonds. Skillfully hand-made openwork, milgrain, and filigree edging throughout.

Absolutely charming 18k yellow gold butterfly brooch with textured body and ruby eyes. Wings are ornamented in bright shades of red, blues, pink, coral, and purple done in the plique-à-jour (translucent enamel) technique. The articulated moving wings are so finely made that they are able to stand in place on their own. Our hearts fluttered when this special specimen flew into the store!
